New Gaming Rig

Today my new parts arrived for my new gaming rig. My old AMD64 X2 4400+ 1MB cache, is hitting the ceiling of it’s processing capacity, so I decided to upgrade.
I picked up the following:
- Proc: Intel E8400 - Dual Core Wolfdale 3.0Ghz, 6MB cache
- Memory: OCZ 4GB(2×2GB) Titanium CAS 4
- Mobo: Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L
- Hard Drive: Seagate 7200.11 500GB
- Video Card(Existing): EVGA Nvidia 8800GTS(G92) 512MB
- Sound Card(Existing): Sound Blaster Audigy 2 Gamer
- Case: A new one.
Newegg was having trouble keeping the E8400 in stock for more than 35 minutes at a time, so I ended up picking it up from clubit.com. Once I get this thing up, I’ll report back. I plan to dual boot Vista and XP. I currently run Vista and need to use my XP laptop for somethings so I will dual boot to solve this problem!
Where oh where do I begin….
hey, you probably dont remember me but i use to play Quake II rail mod with you guys at the Disney lans. allso online at the Deathcon servers. you guys gave me admin.. Steve Pirk is still on my aim list.. i talked to him not that long ago..
